Upsilon Steel delivers LOD 300 to LOD 400 structural BIM models in Revit, fully coordinated with architectural and MEP models for clash detection and resolution. Our BIM deliverables include parametric rebar models, structural framing models, 4D construction sequencing, and IFC exports for open-BIM workflows. We support Navisworks clash reports, model-based quantity takeoffs, and shop-drawing extraction directly from the model. Our team works to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and client-specific Employer Information Requirements (EIR).
